Swimwear

All swimwear sales are final for hygiene reasons. We do not accept returns or exchanges on bikini bottoms, one-piece swimwear, or other intimate items.

Eligible apparel

Eligible apparel may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in their original condition, and have all original tags attached.

Items showing wear, washing, stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

Final-sale items

Final-sale, discounted, custom, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective items

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact HOOKED within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

HOOKED reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.
